In this role, you have the opportunity to
Supports development and execution of regional activation plans, based on insight collection from countries and it s analysis
Leads assigned projects supervised by RMM
Acts as a first point of contact for the CEE marketing team for communication towards BG
Owns the CEE marketing team meeting plan, leads the regular marketing calls
You are responsible for
Supports the RMM in achieving the top and bottom line for the BG / category
Helps manage SKU portfolio / rationalization / stock / excess. Proposes corrective actions where necessary.
Ensures the information sharing regarding NPIs, EOLs and campaign toolkits
Supports the annual business planning cycle of the CO for the BG / category
Supports BMC discussions on the category
Supports the CEE & local market introduction process
Collects the market inputs for NPI process, leads the NPI discussions
Supports proper planning for NPIs
Support category management
Develop market knowledge and consumer insights
Accountable for GFK analysis CEE Beauty
Ongoing analysis of the internal data (sales value, quantities, IGM) for the total CEE
MIP process owner
Accountable for MIP / Accolade planning based on CO input and regional decisions. Keeps MIP target score
You are a part of
Works as part of the CEE OHC Marketing (including professional)
Builds strong relationships with the Central marketing team as well as CE & CEE marketing team (including professional marketing), digital, Marketing intelligence and supply.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University degree, preferably marketing
1-3 years of business experience in Marketing
Background in fast moving, consumer electronics
