You will be adding to the success of SITA by provide excellent stakeholdermanagement skills, manage difficult conversations and preferably havedemonstrable knowledge of managing multiple change of process, Hiring Managereducation and training and managing or mentoring other team members.
You willbe free to develop a market leading approach and techniques to utilize directsourcing channels to maximize the pool of quality candidates utilizing LinkedInother social media channels as well as optimum usage of job boards globally.
You will get an exposure to build talent pipelines for key skills and expertiserequired within the business in line with Strategic Resource Plans utilizingthe most appropriate sourcing channels as required.
Support the end to end TAprocess for open roles ensuring that the process is conducted efficientlycost-effectively and maintain SITA's Employer brand and the candidateexperience in accordance with the organization’s policies and standards.
