We are looking for an agile and organised fast-learner to join our finance department! As the finance assistant, you’ll provide administrative support to finance department by ensuring efficient run of the day-
to-day operation and by participating in various finance projects & workgroups.
Assistance in administrative, and control tasks; for example :
the maintenance of finance organisation schedules & calendars, invoices control and processing, budget control (monthly phasing), document filling
Travel arrangements & bookings, preparation of expense statements and control of expense reimbursements
Organisation and coordination of internal and external meetings / venues
Administration of various technical or financial documents (including completeness and accuracy verification)
Participation in collection, consolidation and reporting / analysis of financial and operational data from multiple sources
Preparation and edit of technical and / or business-related presentations and submission of these for review and final approval What we can offer
