The financial sharedservice organization of Siemens Mobility (MO FSS) with headquarter in the CzechRepublic will be providing a wide variety of accounting and commercialservices for all Siemens Mobility companies world wide.
Main Mobility sharedservice centers are located in the Czech Republic, India andPortugal. We are looking for local Czech Republic and global BusinessAdministration manager in one person responsible for all commercialtopics related to this organization.
Your main tasks will be :
creation of budget and forecasts for your area of responsibility (local and global)
performance controlling - preparation of financial analysis on commercial KPIs / deviations and communication to management
providing commercial support (costing and pricing, calculation of business cases, offers for new services, Internal service agreements management)
performance reviews support
BA project manager, management of internal contracts
drive improvements of internal processes
capturing business requirements, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues

high school / university degree ideally in economics (knowledge of accounting principles)
advanced Excel skills
English and German on a communicative level
know-how in Shared Services and controlling processes beneficial
