The Senior Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist works closely with key partners to drive the delivery of KM solutions, leading operational engagements with customers and planning and coordinating execution within the team.
Your key responsibilities :
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Supporting and driving KM service expansion and innovations (including vendor selection to strengthen KM offering), while developing further the KM framework to meet a wider range of business demands
Own and drive evolution of assigned products / solutions once established
Understand the current business needs and come up with innovative solutions to drive value minimizing cost / effort
Collaborate with IT on data management, reporting needs and system improvements / integrations including building taxonomy and content categorization approaches
Support and drive initiatives for the improvement of the internal search capability and knowledge findability in general
Develop an in-depth understanding of documentation needs, analyzing existing content and focusing on high-quality work products that meet business standards and are appropriate intended audiences.
Analyze business requirements and develop value propositions using existing methodologies, tools and technology platforms or propose innovative solutions to build value while minimizing costs / efforts
Initiate and lead strategic knowledge management initiatives which might include : Support NBS entities in defining a KM strategy, with clear priorities and business goals aligned with key partners.
Prepare and lead KM workshop with internal customers
What you’ll bring to the role :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Science, Knowledge Management or related and proficient English
5+ years of experience with knowledge management, customer relationship management, content management, content strategy or related in a corporate or enterprise environment
Ability to analyze business requirements and develop value propositions using existing methodologies, tools and technology
Ability to work confidently and independently in complex and ambiguous situations with minimal direction; and collaborate internally and externally with a strong customer-service ethic
Proven experience to capture, analyze and report on data; develop insights, and follow through on actions to improve the quality and efficiency of KM service offerings
