Job Description :

Architecture in general : Meetings with customer to align the best approach for migrations or adjustments in the environment.

Example would be how to deal with the Microsoft patching and effect on customer applications .

Demand Management : Support with non-standard topics (outside of Incidents, Service Request or Changes) and finding solutions.

Example would be how to create a AVD usage report .

Scripting : Together with technical teams building scripts for device adjustments. Example would be how to adjust the baseline settings or how to ensure that the running scripts are providing the needed results .

Knowledgebase : Support the RUN team with knowledge about the more advance tasks. Example would be How to manage a AVD OS installation , What are the risk of VMs having low RAM capacity

Intune : Interacting with customer and technical teams about the AAD, Tenant, Admin, Security topics

Job Requirements :

Good overall knowledge of Digital Workplace solutions based on MS365 services (O365, EMS, Win10 / 11)

Intune as emphasis

General grasp of security features across the platform (esp. Exchange On-Line Protection & Identity Access Management Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access Policy )

MS Teams inc. Unified Communications and Collaboration

General knowledge on Azure services

Azure IaaS (VMs)

Azure Virtual Desktop

Minor : Azure Sentinel, Azure Bastion

Good communication skills, dealing with customer directly

English (min. B2 level), German (nice to have)

General coordination skills, hosting meetings, etc.

Self-managed, taking initiative as needed
