Our Prague branch looking for Team Lead Campaign Administration
What you’ll do :
Execution of online marketing campaigns for various WPP clients according to briefed content.
Usage of multiple internal / external marketing tools for campaigns set up and execution - emails, events, online profiling, budget management and related reporting
Daily communication with clients about campaigns preparation / approvals / launch
Consulting on optimal usage of marketing tools
Actively develop skills / capabilities for agreed marketing automation tools
Managing marketing calendars, trafficking assets and the complete client approval process
Interacting with clients on a daily basis and answering questions regarding production status or application related inquiries
Support clients in developing and reporting on results of their campaigns
Managing our clients' subscriber databases, including creating and updating their lists and segmenting data for targeted e-mail campaigns
Strictly follow implemented quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and on-time campaign delivery
What you’ll need :
Knowledge of HTML (editing of html emails), MS Office
Experience with any common campaign execution / marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo, Adobe Campaign, SalesForce marketing Cloud) is a big advantage
Very good English - both oral and written (Czech language not required, but is an advantage)
Ability to multitask between multiple campaigns, meet deadlines and prioritize according to pre-agreed general rules
