Being support to Global and EMEA Organizational Development for any types of learning materials and interventions; make extra mile on emergent business need
Communicate Global and EMEA Organizational Development initiatives to HR, employees and managers through different channels;
1 year of external experience in administration close to org. development areas
Experience in customer service, logistic, purchasing, online training in corporate environment would be an advantage
Fluent English, another language is an advantage
Initiative, fast learner, independent
Proactive approach to issue solving; Comes up with useful ideas that are new, better or unique
