You will manage independently the whole recruitment process from A to Z in a daily interaction with hiring managers and candidates.

Working at NTT What you will do : Close interact with hiring managers - help them identify the exact skills set required, the best approaches to recruit for the position and to advise on the best method to fill the position for best long term business results Source, pre-select and pre-screen potential candidates to deliver a competitive short list to hiring managers Schedule and lead interviews - online / face to face, individual / panel Monitor and maintain internal and external job postings Cooperate with agencies Reporting Participate in local and global projects relating to the improvement of talent acquisition practices What you should have : At least 2 years experience in recuritment, preferrably from corporate IT environment Fluency in Czech and English (German / Dutch / French would be a big plus) Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Positive approach, can do attitude, creative mindset, attention to details, team player What will make you a good fit for the role?
