Support Svc / Sol Operations Manager in all occurring technical topics related to Videoconferencing service. Including Infrastructure, room based systems, and mobile / desktop application support.
Interact and collaborate with technical engineering resources Ensure normal services are restored as quickly as possible and adverse impact on operations due to incidents in IT environment is minimized.
Operate all IT services, systems and applications related to Videoconferencing
Your Responsibilities :
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Maintains a Claris account and uses Novartis reporting tools to gather required data, statistics and reports for analysis and to facilitate effective service monitoring and performance
Maintains and ensure all application data is consistent across the various repositories e.g. Clarity and Service Now Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Technical Operations service scope, this includes managing vulnerabilities for the VC Environment
Owns and represents the service across the regional Novartis businesses; provides input concerning changes to the service;
and serves as the key stakeholder in processes that enable or support the service.
Support vendor in troubleshooting Incidents and Problems in the conferencing service including liaising with underpinning services such as Network (WAN / LAN), Exchange / Outlook
Assumes internal Change Management responsible for Conferencing Services
Define an end-to-end provisioning process facilitating automation wherever possible
Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Technical Operations service scope
Coordinate all configuration management database changes which directly or indirectly impact production services
Ensure that CIs are identified, accounted, reported, verified and audited

What you’ll bring to the role :
Bachelor’s degree required, with strong preference in a Science, Technology, engineering or Mathematics field.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Demonstrated ability to prepare materials and present to small and large audiences
Demonstrated ability to write documents processes, project plans, IT roadmaps
10 years of professional IT experience
Functional IT expertise in at least one of Videoconferencing systems (Cisco, Polycom, MSOFT), manufacturing systems, and underlying IT infrastructure
Enterprise conferencing and collaboration experience
