HR Manager (Usti plant, Czech Republic)

Purpose :

HR Manager dedicated to the Stanley Black & Decker manufacturing plant, located in Usti.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the Usti HR team
  • Cooperate closely with Senior HR Manager Europe on strategical goals for Usti Plant
  • Closely cooperate with Management team and Plant Manager
  • Support internal customers as professional HR Business Partners team
  • Provide KPI which are critical to lead plant successfully from HR perspective
  • Cooperate on ongoing HR projects
  • Closely cooperate with Payroll team (Payroll area is outside direct HR responsibility)
  • Requirements

  • Higher Degree , preferred : Law, Psychology, Human Resources, Finance or other relevant
  • Min 5 y. experience in Human Resources, including as HR Generalist, HR Business Partner.
  • Advantage : previous HR Manager experience
  • Advantage : experience in an industrial manufacturing background
  • Strong Czech and English language level
  • Strong leadership voice with skills in communication, organization, presentations, and project management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Project management experience
