  • Coordinate BAU for a defined function / area of expertise (Mobility and Personal Administration)
  • Interpreting company policies and procedures, and advising employees and managers accordingly
  • Leveraging standardized global processes, tools, and technologies to ensure a quality service
  • Case management, analysis, tracking, and documentation
  • Setting quality standard principles and providing likely solutions to BU obstacles
  • Suggesting practical solutions to day to day issues
  • Participating in projects and process migrations as needed
  • Taking ownership and accountability of assigned tasks, whilst working collaboratively with other internal HR / Payroll / DM / Finance functions as required
  • Coordinate with contact points for process improvements
  • Inform the defined working group of important updates and set priorities to achieve expected results within the area of expertise (Mobility and Personal Administration)
  • Ensure process knowledge is duly documented and maintained up-to-date at all times
  • Build peer relationship with other SMEs, BU HR, CoE and PMO teams
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures within the realm
  • Escalate operational / project constraints, troubleshoot to Manager as appropriate

  • Preparing HR documents such as contracts, contract amendments confirmations, and letter (Personal Admin)
  • Administering employee Benefits and other HR related matters (Personal Admin)
  • Investigating, assessing and recommending solutions to employee queries
  • Collecting data and compiling reports
  • Updating process instructions and performing process improvement measures
  • Communicating with stakeholders (employees, managers, HR Business Partners, Works Councils)

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Case management expertise
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with solid judgment and discretion is critical
  • Excellent verbal communication including proper grammar, tone, and a clear speaking voice to ensure solid communication with customers
  • Excellent written communication skills including proper grammar and correct sentence structure to document cases in the Ticket system and communicate with customers and employees via email
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Must be able to successfully interact with all CSS Departments
  • Exceptional customers focus and service orientation
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Analytical and problem solving capability
  • Functional as well as project experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SAP, Workday or other HRIS
