The EMEAEHS Finance Controller will perform the controllingfor the EHS function for the EMEA region and provide support to the members ofthe EMEA EHS management team.
The position is within the EHS Department howeverday to day training & support will be given by the Finance controller EMEAbased in Rolle.
The EHS Controller should have accountingacumen with an accounting body and should have ideally experience in a financedepartment of a company.
This position will need to treat EHS as a customersand be an active part of the management team, whilst maintaining independenceand perform proper accounting practice.
The position is also privy to sensitiveand confidential information and should thus treat this informationappropriately.
A key accountability for this role is workingwith EHS EMEA budget holders to help them understand the financial performanceof their department and opportunities for improvement.
This will require goodanalytical skills coupled with good interpersonal and communication skills toeffectively communicate with EHS managers.
This position will be based in Brno. The position will not require travel.
