Regional Sales Manager Czech Republic (m / f)

Main Purpose of the role :

  • To achieve profitable sales growth in defined geographical region
  • Driving internal and external stakeholder relationships to maximum company benefit
  • Delivering higher penetration of the available market opportunity through strategic utilization of Arrow Inc’s product and service offering
  • Key Tasks / Responsibilities :

  • Understanding all aspects of the Territory planning process to accurately deploy our field based resources for maximum company benefit
  • Recruit, train, coach and develop the skills and competencies in all areas to accurately reflect our go to market and company strategy (products / services / associated companies / Digital)
  • Set and manage customer / territory plans to achieve business goals and reward performance
  • Drive and own strategic supplier (as defined by Marketing) business plans to achieve agreed goals and objectives
  • Drive and manage successful relationships at all critical supplier / customer personnel in region
  • Experience / Skills / Knowledge :

  • Previous people / team leadership and management is preferred.
  • Attention to detail, balance of analytical and driving skills.
  • Field Account Management in Components industry.
