Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for an Operations Management Supervisor to join our Global Human Resources organization.

This position is responsible for overseeing the operations and vendor management team within the Support Center (PeoplePulse Support Center) -

including continuous improvement, project management, knowledge and content management, and vendor administration. This position will own the services and process improvement portfolio and consult on decisions regarding future investments and direction for the PeoplePulse Support Center (PPSC) services, and coordinate across regions to ensure globally consistent HR service delivery.

This position will also help the PPSC measure and operate at optimal levels of efficiency and effectiveness and serve as part of the governance structure and processes for the center.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Lead projects to optimize HR service delivery out of the PPSC and streamline complex processes and programs using technology solutions
  • Partner with other regional Support Centers, HRBPs, and CoEs to evaluate and implement process updates that align and support the business strategy
  • Manage and maintain operations calendar and scheduled activities for the PPSC
  • Develop a strategy to manage resource and talent forecasting and planning based on operations performance and roadmap -
  • track progress and recommend resourcing and allocation adjustments to PPSC leadership as needed

  • Understand technology change roadmap and the impact to current processes and partner with operational and technical teams to appropriately prepare for changes
  • Maintain business processes in HR systems and associated procedural documentation
  • Identify opportunities for improvements on how the application(s) are used and processes and policies are applied (which would be raised to the broader HR Operations leadership for continuous improvement)
  • Oversee, coach, and develop team responsible for continuous improvement, project management, knowledge management, and vendor administration
  • Oversee operational performance against established metrics
  • Coordinate with vendor relationship owners on long term insourcing vs. outsourcing strategy
  • SUCCESS FACTORS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR process improvement
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or people leadership position
  • Experience in working with a technology partner to implement technology-enabled solutions to meet business needs
  • Project management experience, especially in leading technology and process implementations
  • Experience with system, process, and operational performance governance
  • Broad knowledge of HR business processes and supporting systems and services
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Experience with Workday human capital management platform preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
