Then we’d love to hear from you. We’re seeking an experienced copywriter for our Design team that will fight to improve the end-
to-end experience for our customers. The sort of person who’s already busy downloading one of our apps right now to see what they would improve.
You’ll need to follow our brand tone of voice, be ruthless with your copy (space matters), meticulous when it comes to grammar, and have a hands-
on approach to copywriting (understanding context is a big part of the game).

Job description :
Producing copy that drives customers to take action, whether that’s converting off a product page or understanding how to use a product.
Working across multiple touchpoints, from content marketing, to product pages, emails, and in-product messaging.
Working closely with UX and graphic designers.
Interacting with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand business objectives, target audiences, and product benefits.
Be willing to deep dive our customer pain points and participate in customer research projects.
Required skills / knowledge :
A native speaker of English, preferably American-style English
Product, e-commerce or blogging copywriting experience is preferred
A sense for design, user flows, and space limitations
Excellent grammar, writing, and editorial skills
Experience in UX microcopy and / or technical writing a plus
A solid understanding of content marketing principles, writing for the web, and structured copy.
Journalism, English, or degrees in other related fields welcome.
