What will be your mission?
The role is part of Power Technique Customer Center Eastern Europe region and will be responsible for achieve profitable growth targets given by the Regional Business Line Manager Power Technique Service and increase the quality of after sales services in the assigned area, by leading and developing the sales team.
Also, the mission is focusing on development of new business opportunities for all parts and services and maximize sales of Power Technique Service products.
What exactly will be your responsibility?
Coordinate the sales team activities in Power Technique Service South Region, in order to ensure team performance in line with business line plan and achieve the Company’s annual projection targets for sales, turnover, profitability and market share in the range of Power Technique Service products, under responsibility.
Work in a proactive way to achieve profitable growth targets with high focus on sales, growing market share including customer share and consolidated profitability , volume and revenue generation.
Lead the sales team, including active participation on planning and recruiting the sales team and take full ownership and responsibility for adaptation, managing, developing, appraising and motivating the subordinated employees in line with the company people management strategy and related principles
Improve team efficiency and overall team competencies by coaching and permanent follow-up actions.
Develop and enhance good working relationship with Dealers and Key Accounts throughout the Region.
Define and manage the budget for external communications including, events, PC visits, fairs, exhibitions, common marketing Power Technique Service activities, with the approval of Regional Business Line Manager Power Technique Service.
Review with direct management the strategy about pricing, type of products, warranty.
Establish, develop and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty, through visits, telephone calls and correspondence giving specific focus to Key Customer Management and Dealer Management.
Ensure that information are maintain up-to-date and the team is regularly reporting data in Customer Relationship Management system (customer details, project details, visits, all correspondence such as emails, letters, faxes, proposals, orders, etc.).
Implement the marketing actions / sales campaigns agreed with the Regional Business Line Manager Power Technique Service, keep score and report any success / failure.
Responsible for implementing and developing workflow policies and procedures, under Regional BLM’s approval.
What knowledge and skills you should possess?
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in an industrial company, in Sales and Marketing related roles (active sales in field, focus on technical or industrial products preferred)
Commercial and organizational experience
Excellent command of English language is necessary. Czech language considered as a big advantage
Any other language of neighbor countries considered as a plus
Knowledge of PTS products
Good computer, presentation and negotiating skills
Good communication skills with the ability to motivate team members
University degree in Engineering, marketing or business or similar through experience
Education focused on Sales and Marketing is a plus
Team Player, promoting team spirit, fairness and respect for all individuals in the organization
Excellent communication skills on all levels
Strong customer focus, pro-active, result-oriented
Ready to travel nationally and internationally on a regular basis
Independent, success-motivated, enthusiastic personality
