You will bepart of the Team Customer Digital Experience within the Air TransportSolutions (ATS) Platform product group.
This team is incharge of enhancing our ATI customers experience along their journey with SITA,either during pre-sales to delivery cycles (project for ecommerce channelimplementation), as well as during operations (customer service andapplications management).
As a Business Analyst, you will have toidentify and understand business issues and processes. You will define anddocument business needs and produce functionalrequirements.
You will provide functional subject matter expertise fordevelopment and customer facing teams.
ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Analysisincluding experience of building and running test plans / cases
Functional Requirements Documents creation advancedexperience
Business change and business process re-engineeringexperience
Ability to work with business owners to define keybusiness requirements
Experience working with Service provider and AirTransport Industry is a plus
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Service Management expertise and / or E-Commerce expertise
Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) knowledge
Ability to be involved in technical discussions
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
ServiceNow knowledge is a plus
Salesforce knowledge is a plus
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in IT or any other technical field
ITIL certification is a plus
