Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working from farm to shelf, you’ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-

in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.

In this position you will be part of the team monitoring payments from customers for ordered products. As a Customer Service Finance Representative will be responsible for maintaining accounts receivable balance of the customers and ensuring customer debts are paid according to company guidelines.

Your task will be to control the work of the team and to monitor and solve complex queries.

Main responsibilities :

  • Manage and control customer debtors
  • Create and maintained, customer debtors report, on weekly basis
  • Actively communication with remote finance team related to customer payments
  • Maintained credit limit activities on daily basis
  • Actively communicate with the local sales department and customers, regarding customer related finance
  • Act as a back-up for Pricing Specialist
  • Qualifications

  • University or college education
  • Min. 2 years in customer service and logistics or accounting
  • Very good analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel
  • Advanced English, fluent Slovak or Czech
  • Good communication skills, team player and independent and proactive attitude
