Brief description of the position :
The CE MCM Lead is part of the CE Brand / Portfolio Team GHH. This position reports to the CE Portfolio Head. This position is ideally located in any CE market (Czech Republic, Poland, Slovak Republic, Romania, Hungary).
The CE MCM Lead primarily develops resources in close collaboration with Brand Leads while also brings best practices in the region to adapt in order to maximize digital engagement with the customers as part of an integrated marketing plan.
He supports the development of each frachise’s digital strategy while seeking for new and innovative engagement models to communicate with customers.
Beyond the asset development he oversees for the countries of the cluster the development of capabilities and enablers, the strategic use of MCM at country level and execution excellence.
Securing those digital initiatives also as a support of products with face-to-face focus. Working closely with Brand leads, Country Commercial Heads and MCM Managers to know the market needs and support marketing mix implementation.
Ensuring the MCM strategy is in alignment with the customer strategy optimizing the value of brand and communication channels.
