We are searching for a well-rounded sales and marketing expert to help grow our business online.

  • What you will do :

  • You will take a leading role in growing the web traffic, expanding the user base and increasing the online sales of two worldwide technology brands
  • Design and implement a data-driven plan for improving conversion rates and optimizing our key acquisition funnels
  • Ensure that major website launches, campaigns and product roll-outs are optimized for conversion
  • Conceive and execute Content Marketing campaigns that improve the reach and effectiveness of our content via paid amplification, outreach, influencer marketing, link building and classic PR
  • Build partnerships with other companies around the world to increase our visibility and drive demand for our products
  • Analyze all performance metrics and communicate them to Management
  • Our requirements :

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and sales, with a proven track record of growing online traffic and revenue
  • Expertise in conversion-rate optimization (CRO) with a strong analytical mind and a deep understanding of how UX, design and content impact website performance
  • Full proficiency with web analytics suites (Google Analytics) and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience amplifying content via paid channels, link building and influencer marketing is required; ability to write and optimize content for organic search traffic is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Deep familiarity with web technologies and content management systems
  • Ability to juggle many priorities at once and continuously push them forward under tight deadlines and with meticulous attention to detail
  • Adept at securing the participation of cross-functional stakeholders and buy-in from Management
  • Fluency in English is a must, additional languages are a big plus
