The position of OT Analyst and Plutora administrator has responsibility for supporting the standardization, design, deployment and governance of operational transition processes based on the ITIL framework and MSD proprietary processes.
This position will support our Global Release Management Office (RMO) function and collaborate with colleagues from Global Service Desk, Global Operations Center, Service Delivery / Transition, Infrastructure / Application Management, Service Management Office and Suppliers to define, analyze, implement and sustain improvements in order to enable the delivery of quality IT services throughout the organization.
Also this position has the function of RMS Plutora system administrator who will aid RMO team in maintenance, design and development of the tool and procedures related to the RMS.
The nature of the position requires excellent oral and written communication skills (English). The incumbent will work with the process owners to ensure that all system development lifecycle concepts are applied in accordance with company policy.
It is crucial to have minimum of 3 years of system administration experience.
The position will interact with several levels in the organization and will be critical in establishing good relationships with numerous operational areas and with other global functions.
