Our Division is looking for a PCL customer contact for its Site Type at Location .

The role of a PCL Customer contact is to represent customer concerns in the plant, communication partner for the customer regarding delivery issues.

Fulfil the customer requirements in terms of delivery. Ensure production planning respecting leveling principle.Manage finished goods stock management towards just-needed-inventory level

The main missions of the role are to :

  • Analyse, understand and anticipate the customer needs
  • Production planning through FCP in the area of planning PIC / PDP
  • Analyse customer MPM (Misdeliveries Per Million) in a way to propose improvement action plans
  • Follow up the achievement of the customer delivery program
  • Stock management respecting FCP standards
  • MRP system set-up
  • Managing information flow with
  • Customer to assure all relevant information regarding delivery to be transferred to the plant
  • Material planner to assure the BOP stock necessary
  • Container specialist to assure the packaging outbound related
  • Warehouse supervisor to assure logistic support for the UAPs
  • UAP supervisor to assure the customer requirements to be produced in time
  • Quality department to support quality issues resolving with the customer in terms of stock availability
  • Engineering to assure the ECR well processed and communicated within logistic, both office and shopfloor.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have / be :

    Education

  • Secondary school as minimum, optimum is a university degree with a specialisation in Economie, Management or Technical
  • Professional experience (years and area of experience)

  • Minimum 2 years experience in industrial environment international in case of secondary school
  • Professional knowledge

  • Overall experience in logistic field min. 1 year
  • Pull system in production methods
  • Capacity planning methods
  • Skills (e.g. communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills, management skills, result orientation etc.)

  • Excellent communciation (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Experience in production in an industrial environment
  • Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
