Youwill be a member of the Organizational Development / L&D service team responsiblefor operational excellence, service delivery to internal customers and tacticalsupport to EMEA and Global Organizational Development and HR teams, part ofcorporate HR Organization within PPG Brno center in order to comply withcompany strategy, mission and vision.
You will manage administration of work scope given within thefollowing OD areas : Learning & Development, Performance Management, TalentAcquisition, Talent Management and People Analytics.
OD Associate isresponsible for offering high quality service and providing a flexible approachto meet the changing needs of the business.
You will be accountable for regularreporting to your superior and to the business; inquiry management from HRBPs acrossEMEA / Global and end-
communication management with third parties and process optimizationand workflow simplification continue improvement activities.
In his / her scopewould be preparing and organizing any type of OD areas events, accountable for takingownership of one of the OD bucket coordination, respecting workflow, improvingprocesses and communicating the changes in alignment with global principles andcommunication of the options to organization
