General information about the position (position rationale, scope,dimensions, environment, cultural aspects) :

Youwill be a member of the Organizational Development / L&D service team responsiblefor operational excellence, service delivery to internal customers and tacticalsupport to EMEA and Global Organizational Development and HR teams, part ofcorporate HR Organization within PPG Brno center in order to comply withcompany strategy, mission and vision.

You will manage administration of work scope given within thefollowing OD areas : Learning & Development, Performance Management, TalentAcquisition, Talent Management and People Analytics.

OD Associate isresponsible for offering high quality service and providing a flexible approachto meet the changing needs of the business.

You will be accountable for regularreporting to your superior and to the business; inquiry management from HRBPs acrossEMEA / Global and end-

  • users across various SBUs and business entities ; learningintervention evaluations; transactional activities linked with financialprocesses;
  • communication management with third parties and process optimizationand workflow simplification continue improvement activities.

    In his / her scopewould be preparing and organizing any type of OD areas events, accountable for takingownership of one of the OD bucket coordination, respecting workflow, improvingprocesses and communicating the changes in alignment with global principles andcommunication of the options to organization


  • Prove excellent organization skills by performingdaily administrative work inline with business needs
  • Proveattention to details, by entering data into the system, omitting any types of confusionsin communication; anticipate system error or any type of mistakes;
  • re-confirming the need before making the commitment.

  • Workwith the country HR teams, purchasing and other departments to perform the jobaccording to the high standards; Identifiesopportunities that benefit our internal customers;
  • Builds and delivers solutionthat meet customer expectations

  • Establishand maintains effective customer relationship
  • CommunicateGlobal and EMEA OD initiatives to HR,employees and managers through different channels;
  • Keepaccurate records; reply on time; act in a service team achieving via continuousimprovement quality, fast response time, first right response, be innovative,creative, self-propelled person;
  • Beingsupport to Global and EMEA OD for any types of learning materials andinterventions; make extra mile on emergent business need
  • Createand maintaining Work Instruction
  • Be self-propelled, driving results and challenge old models, propose andapply automation.
