We are looking for a passionate HR Business Partner to help our leadership team with strategic talent management programs and the other people oriented projects.

As the Business Partner you would be responsible for a team of about 200 employees (Prague and Brno office)
You will coach managers and other key leaders in order to help them with performance management, talent management and people development
Drive the job architecture helping with career paths
Lead or participate in various HR projects, processes' implementation (recruitment, onboarding, comp&ben activities, engagement survey, etc)
Co-operate closely with our Recruiter and other HR colleagues and help with aligning Czech HR agenda with global GoodData HR
6+ years experience in HR, ideally in both startup and middle size companies or corporate environments and 3+ years experience in HR business partnership
Proven experience with performance management, people development and talent management
Ability to build relationship with managers and people at all levels of the company and become trusted advisor
Ability to run projects independently and come up with new solutions
Working experience in IT environment is big plus
Fluent English and Czech (Slovak)
Working in the international team is an advantage
Willingness to travel between Czech offices regularly
