Job Summary :

Novartis is currently searching for a HR Services Administrator to join our global HR team in Prague.

Job Purpose :

The purpose of this role is to provide support to HR Services team within CH / DE / AT markets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Distributing the cases in case handling tool (Service Now); monitor the case pool to ensure timely distribution of cases within agreed SLA (4 hours) in accordance with the assignment rules
  • Provide support in case handling to service delivery team
  • Provide input on case handling process improvements
  • Archive confidential documents in SAP archiving module
  • Perform first line customer support by phone
  • Perform other basic HR Services tasks (if applicable due to the language dependency)
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Functional Manager

    Minimum requirements

    The ideal candidate will have :

  • Diploma / certificate in HR / other related field preferred
  • Excellent English spoken and written is a must
  • Passive German required
  • Experience in international environment / team / global company preferred
