Responsibilities :

  • Top security professional responsible for the strategic direction of global security programs.
  • Manages the development and implementation of global security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures to create the desired security culture and ensure security practices are established across the enterprise in all areas of physical, information and personal risk
  • Manages the corporation’s executive protection and travel security programs.
  • Supports Corporate Business Continuity Program and corporate crisis management team.This should be direct responsibility of the Integrated Supply Chain. (ISC)
  • Supports compliance with security regulations from US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) programs such as Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-
  • TPAT), Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS), etc.This reports directly to ISC.

  • Develops and maintains Site Physical Security standards coordinating with Real Estate and alarm suppliers ensuring compliance.
  • Coordinates with Integrate Facility management companies ensuring security standards are in place where this has been implemented.
  • Develop and maintains global guard service agreements ensuring standards, incident reporting and escalation procedures are in place.
  • Prioritizes security initiatives and spending based on appropriate risk management and / or financial methodology.
  • Leads or facilitates cross functional teams or groups to develop procedures for strike preparedness, plant closures or other recurring security risks, and ensures programs are prepared to provide the required response.
  • Qualifications :

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Business Administration, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Relevant advanced degree preferred.

  • Siginificant security related experience with significant international and management experience, relevant experience dealing with security issues involving cultural environments outside the United States.
  • Implementing global security programs, policies, and procedures including information security.
  • Interpreting and applying company policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Developing relationships with internal and external parties and leading / facilitating cross functional teams.
  • Responding to and resolving crisis management situations.
  • Communicating clearly with all levels of management and employees.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver clear, succinct, and audience-appropriate written and oral reports.
  • PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong project management, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Drive for results.
