EMEA Regional Technical Service Compliance and Operations

Job Purpose :

The EMEA Regional Technical Service Compliance and Operations is part of the IRIS Center of Excellence organization.

Responsible for all commercial execution processes (Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, BI, Training, NFCM) within the technical services department, and by providing service support to the local Technical Service Organizations it has a major impact in the maintenance of an excellent customer (internal and external) relationship and the assurance of the highest customer satisfaction.

Focus on technically supporting affiliate systems (IRIS and Srv Max) and regional engineers as Technical Services admin.

Key Responsibilities :

Creation of customer quotes on direct request or FSE request including post process.

Management of cases and work orders in CRM (ServiceMax) on internal workshop and FSE request.

Autonomous processing of the RMA and DOA process incl. booking-technical entry in the IRIS-system.

Maintaining the Equipment Master in the CRM (ServiceMax) and IRIS-system.

GDP related review of cases (STP and STK protocols).

Processing of cases in CRM (ServiceMax) and IRIS-system including creation of debit memos in IRIS system

Creation of credit memos for technical service customers

Order of technical service spare parts on request of FSE or workshop engineer

Shipment of technical service spareparts to FSE including booking in IRIS-system and CRM (ServiceMax) system

Responsible for the technical service inventory stock including reconciliation

Physical inspection and processing of incoming spare-part goods

Creation of warranty entitlements for sold equipment in CRM (ServiceMax)

Creation, maintenance and extension of all customer-agreements (service-contracts)

Manage complaint related return-parts with appropriate tracking and shipping to ESC

Processing IRIS (Inspection Report Input System) and Return to ESC

Responsible for the compliance of the CRM (ServiceMax) data

Training of all TS Employees on CRM (ServiceMax) GDP (good documentation practice) on regular bases.

BI Power User : Provides the service manager BI reports related to the technical service business area

Supports the execution of technical service related NFCM controls

Execution of PQT-test scripts to validate system functionality after IRIS release upgrades

Monitoring of IDoc and creation of detailed CoE tickets to correct IDoc

Creation of technical service related 3rd party orders in SRM

Monitoring and planning of functional check cases for demo-equipment

Monitoring and planning of retro-fits (mandatory upgrades) for demo and customer-owned equipment

Management and sourcing of calibrated tools

Calibrated tools out of tolerance reporting and monitoring

Reprocessing Coordinator (Approval, Financial Quote, Quality Process, CRM (ServiceMax) Monitoring)

Functional person in charge of TS Quality & Compliance Implementation (assurances global CORPS will be implemented and followed as well as all GMP Guidelines)

TS-Business Partner for Regularity Affair interactions

Minimum requirements

The ideal candidate will have :

Bachelor’s degree in an economics or technical area with subsequent 3 years practical experience.

Alternative 5-7 years detailed experience in a technical services and customer focused environment

Fluency in English and fluency in local language (both verbal and written)

3+ years’ experience working in large scale SCM and / or ERP systems, preferably SAP

Strong data analysis skills and tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Access).

Experience of managing master data processes in a complex ERP system and business environment
