Job PurposeThe Marketing Specialist role requires a well-rounded marketing professional that likes to multi-task. A detail oriented role responsible for collaborating on and executing marketing ideas.
Analytical skills are vital as this role involves reviewing data to find patterns, errors and improve future activities.
You will also get to flex your creative muscle developing presentations and creative assets. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will support marketing efforts in EMEA and APAC.

Job Purpose Job Functions
Code emails, landing pages, forms, nurturing programs and reports in the marketing automation tool (Pardot preferred)
Support revenue growth to existing customers by executing digital marketing and marketing automation campaigns
Assist to drive Lead / MQL / SQL conversion
Perform A / B testing on all campaigns
Research events, awards, media coverage and industry trends
Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials
Design graphics for social content, PPTs, email campaigns, and web content
Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies
Provide support to marketing department as needed
Data entry, report building and campaign tracking in Salesforce
Tracking of multimedia projects, including but not limited to digital ads, PPC, sponsored post, and retargeting
Must be fluent in English (C1 level)
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role
ROI based marketing background which includes multi-channel campaign development and tracking
Expert PPT skills
Knowledge and understanding for marketing automation tools such as : Pardot w / Salesforce integration
Advanced excel experience including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
Interest in analytics and high data quality, report building and sales metrics
Knowledge of inbound lead generation process that drives lead conversions
Experience writing and editing content
Creative graphic skills preferred but not required
Social Media marketing execution experience : LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
Must have excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills
Ability and commitment to work collaboratively across internal and external TEAMs
Highly motivated self-starter willing to push themselves and their TEAM toward goal achievement
Experience in financial services preferred, but not required
