Our Interior Systems Business Group is looking for a Junior Program Manufacturing Leader (m / f) for its plant at Mlada Boleslav - Czech Republic.
The main missions of the role are :
Team management :
Ensures design to manufacturing through the leading of Acquistion workshops and "Industrial Principles workshop
Manages the definition of the Minimum Technical Solution (MTS)
Participates in the definition of Key Product Characteristics (KPC) and Key Control Characteristics (KCC),
Leads Engineering Changes (ECRs) and implement all changes related to the production System and / or related to the product.
Process and Production System development :
Capacity calculations and monitoring through the central program Macload, creation of new equipments in Macload when related to new programs.
Commitments and CAPEX (Capital expenditure) definition and follow-up
Leads Industrial principles workshop, definition of the MTS o Creation of Material and Information Flow Diagram (MIFD)
Layout definition in production and logistics, integration in plant’s layout,
Leads the creation of the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) process in the Software TDC.
With PLTLs and plant controllers, management and update of program’s commitments and CAPEX throughout the program life time.
Monthly update of the Commitment and CAPEX central management system (CoCa).
Ensures that receipts and CAPEX booking are done on time, in line with commitment and CAPEXbudget.
Ensure the management of maintenance spare parts for new equipment and the implementation of maintenance standards
Creates the contingency plan in collaboration with the extended core team (PLTL, Plant launch team members and managers of the plant),
Leads equipment acceptance in collaboration with the extended core team and the Machine Tracking engineers (MTE) :
at the supplier before shipping
at Faurecia’s facility after arrival to the plant
after SDP for final acceptance
Tracks Work Content (WC) and defines acfion plans to converge towards initial business plan targefs when necessary.
Keep updated on a weekiy basis the core documents of the PML toolbox iocated on the central drive of Hagenbach and Lindau,
Production Iaunch :
The PML is responsible for the delivery, in the time frame given by the program timing, of all industrial work packages and therefore supervises the activities of the PLTL :
Equipment installation and start-up
Implementation of Faurecia Excellence System (FES) Standards in production and logistics
Implementation of the Material and Information Flow Diagram (MIFD) and the layout
R R planning and execution o Mass Production Trial (MPT) and Extended Mass Production Trial (EMPT) planning and execution.
Machine, short-term and long term capabilities of selected KPCs / KCCs
Action plans for IBP QCDP targets convergence
Supports production ramp-up.
Targets and reporting :
Scrap rates and rework rates
CAPEX calculation o Industrial footprint
Process-FMEA completion in % by PMS phase (Example : 75% completed at Gate Review 2b)
Commitment and CAPEX
The length of the VIE is 24 months.
The V.I.E., an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world.

A graduation in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
A first experience in an industrial field would be appreciated
Ability to work in a matrix environment
Technical skills in product and process
Basic financial knowledge
Fluent English required, knowledge in Czech or German are appreciated but not mandatory
