PURPOSE

Provision of Talent Acquisition (TA) services to support SITA business requirements. Deliver high-quality TA service with the emphasis on direct sourcing capability to ensure requisite quality of hire throughout the organization and in accordance with time to hire and cost per hire parameters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

o Drive SITA's direct sourcing strategy and approach across the organization acts as the initial point of contact for candidates and sells the organization in line with the EVP.

Provide excellent stakeholder management skills, manage difficult conversations and preferably have demonstrable knowledge of managing multiple change of process, Hiring Manager education and training and managing or mentoring other team members.

o Develop a market leading approach and techniques to utilize direct sourcing channels to maximize the pool of quality candidates utilizing LinkedIn other social media channels as well as optimum usage of job boards globally.

o Build talent pipelines for key skills and expertise required within the business in line with Strategic Resource Plans utilizing the most appropriate sourcing channels as required.

o Provide input in to the global and regional sourcing strategies in relation to direct routes to market.

o Support the end to end TA process for open roles ensuring that the process is conducted efficiently cost-effectively and maintain SITA's Employer brand and the candidate experience in accordance with the organisation's policies and standards.

o Provide feedback and input in to the selection of recruitment partners to ensure the organisation receives high standards of service.

o Ensure the integrity of TA data within SITA's TA management system.

o Assist and liaise with Managers regarding the completion of administrative Talent Acquisition processes.

o Maintain database file of CVs / resumes.

o Assist candidates with the application processes.

o Manage and collate job applications and responses to all applicants within a timely manner.

o Arrange interviews to be conducted in person via phone or other media.

o Ensure completion of all documentation as per the Talent Acquisition standards and processes.

o Perform other related administrative and reasonable duties as instructed.

o Keep candidates informed of the progress next steps and provide timely feedback on their application.

EXPERIENCE

o 3+ years experience within talent acquisition & specifically in relation to candidate sourcing and management.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

o Technical skills required to use HR systems and applications.

o Ability to work well within a team & manage multiple tasks from immediate and remote team members.

o Good knowledge of key employment law principles related to TA activity.

o Good knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices particularly relating to the candidate experience and Employer Brand.

    o Bachelor's degree in business human resources organizational psychology or equivalent.
