Job description

Due to a growth of the company and its business we are looking for someone who will serve as a primary business contact for strategically important large customers and will be responsible for clients’ satisfaction.

On this position (with the support of the rest of the company) you will maintain and expand relationships with clients and we expect you to provide excellent customer service to them.

You should build relationships to encourage new and repeat business opportunities, represent the whole range of company products / services as well as ensure assigned customers’ needs and expectations are fulfilled.

Main duties

  • Maintaining and developing strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders
  • Managing all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue
  • Delivering presentations, attending meetings with clients
  • Gaining a clear understanding of clients’ businesses needs and requirements
  • Communicating the client’s goals and representing the client’s interests to the team
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Active assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Using contacts to generate new business
  • Coordinating the involvement of company personnel in order to meet account performance objectives and expectations
  • Ensuring that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, inform the MD of any problems that may arise
  • Managing the contracts and contract renewals for an assigned client
  • Coordinating activities with management
  • Communicating clearly the progress of initiatives
  • Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (ideally on international level)
  • Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Optimistic and positive mind-set
  • Technical competence (understanding of ICT technologies SW, HW, networks, etc.)
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • English and Czech language (proficient)
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures
