Creation of 3D models and 2D drawings of turbocharger components, assemblies and subassemblies in accordance with Honeywell design standards and ASME.
Cooperation with cross functional team to adapt customer requirements, leading product plan practices into Turbocharger design and participate on product plan development.
Evaluating and proving fit and function of overall assemblies or particular features.
Built design in respect of safety, reliability, manufacturability, assembly processes & cost. Cooperation with cross function team on verification of specific requirements from these areas.
Following internal processes and participate on their development.
Actively and continuously work on own HPD goals.
Experienced in design of engineering components, both 2D & 3D, dimensioning, geometrical dimensioning & tolerance. Preferably in automotive industry.
Proficient user of 3D CAD for industrial design (both 3D / 2D), preferable CATIA.
Knowledge of casting, machining and assembly processes.
Ability to perform Stack-up and built assembly layouts.
Ability to perform basic structural simulation per given templates.
