We are looking for a bright, creative university student with strong organizational and communication skills to join our Consumer Sales team.
You will help us grow sales in the channel and retail around the world.
Key Responsibilities :
Review Purchase Orders for accuracy and then process them through ICE or other internal systems such as Smart Channel.
Ensure proper invoicing of all partners using monthly sales reports, providing of those reports to manager on a monthly basis for all channel partners.
Responsible for managing the projects such as setting up new registration web page for consumer products, prepare sales presentation for resellers
Work with Salesforce team to ensure that Partner portal includes up to date information for the resellers
Work closely with Account Managers to support budgets, forecasts and planning of general business activities (e.g. promotions, marketing events).
Follow up and carry through any additional customer activities or requests.
Working with other relevant departments within the company to ensure best results for partners.
What we are looking for :
Fluency in English is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good, friendly and effective written and verbal communication skills with both customers and colleagues
Ability to work at least 20 hours a week - your work schedule can be adjusted according to your school schedule
Organizational and time management skills
Detailed oriented, self-motivated and pro-active
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Team player who thinks outside the box
Strong interpersonal skills with clear thinking and problem-solving abilities
