based hubs. PAYROLL SPECIALIST for AUSTRIA Location : Prague or Bratislava Full time permanent contract Responsibilities

  • Run entire Austrian Payroll process
  • Report to and deal with the respective local (Austrian) authorities
  • Prepare reports for the senior management
  • Responsible for foreign employees agenda (visa, work permit, reporting)
  • Maintain personal files in hard copy and in the payroll system
  • Administration and reporting of selected company benefits
  • Administration and reporting of the medical check ups
  • Proactively suggest and drive areas for Payroll processes improvement
  • Processing data in LOGA system
  • Qualifications

  • German native or excellent spoken and written
  • English fluent spoken and written
  • At least three years of experience in independent payroll activities preferably from international environment
  • Experience with Austrian payroll is a very big plus
  • LOGA experience desirable but not essential
  • Advanced MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Solid knowledge of legislation related to payroll and HR
  • Personality :

  • Detailed oriented, punctual, able to organize his / her agenda and always keeping deadlines
  • Time management & prioritizing skills
  • Proactive and responsible approach towards work
