Job Summary :
Novartis is currently searching for Administrative Support to join the Procurement team in Prague.
Job Purpose :
General administrative support for the Procurement Project Manager, Procurement Domain Head & LT.
Key Responsibilities :
Administrative support for the Procurement Project Manager; general administrative support of Procurement Domain Head (its team 150 team members) & LT at the NGSC Prague
Independently takes care of general administrative tasks and maintains the administrative processes also in case of absence of the line manager / LT.
Informs, advises and supports the team and associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the department.
Supports optimization of current processes and / or introduction of new or modified processes.
Acts as a team member for administrative projects (e.g. organization of special events) and is responsible for the appropriate administrative on-
boarding of an associate joining the Procurement Domain at the NGSC LT meetings
Prepares and drives the organizational part of regular Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate will have :
Excellent English skills verbal and written
At least 2 years of experience of an administrative expert for a multi-national organization (or equivalent)
Team player, flexible, proactive with excellent communication skills verbal and written.
Proven capabilities to work self-consistent and efficient according to priorities
Capabilities of multitasking under deadline pressure
Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
