Job Summary :

Novartis is currently searching for Administrative Support to join the Procurement team in Prague.

Job Purpose :

General administrative support for the Procurement Project Manager, Procurement Domain Head & LT.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administrative support for the Procurement Project Manager; general administrative support of Procurement Domain Head (its team 150 team members) & LT at the NGSC Prague
  • Independently takes care of general administrative tasks and maintains the administrative processes also in case of absence of the line manager / LT.
  • Informs, advises and supports the team and associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the department.
  • Supports optimization of current processes and / or introduction of new or modified processes.
  • Acts as a team member for administrative projects (e.g. organization of special events) and is responsible for the appropriate administrative on-
  • boarding of an associate joining the Procurement Domain at the NGSC LT meetings

  • Prepares and drives the organizational part of regular Leadership Team.

    Minimum requirements

    The ideal candidate will have :

  • University degree
  • Excellent English skills verbal and written
  • At least 2 years of experience of an administrative expert for a multi-national organization (or equivalent)

  • Team player, flexible, proactive with excellent communication skills verbal and written.
  • Proven capabilities to work self-consistent and efficient according to priorities
  • Capabilities of multitasking under deadline pressure
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
