    Responsibilities

  • Answer in-bound support related phone calls as the first line of contact for the company.
  • Provide basic technical support for all managed service products through customer interaction.
  • Performing network support and customer status in a complex multi-vendor environment.
  • Understanding network problems.
  • Qualifications

  • Advanced English skills (written and verbal).
  • Minimal technical knowledge (CCENT level).
  • Customer Service Experience Required (network industry preferred)
  • Secondary School / High School education minimum.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to interact on the phone with customers and their peers during problem determination process.
  • A logical mind-set and a passion for problem solving.
  • Customer and service orientation, ability to operate well in an international environment, multicultural environment.
