Brand manager - Cardiology

30 000 heart failure patients in the Czech Republic will be impacted by our new brand manager Cardiology. As part of Novartis’ longer term strategic plan and investment this is an opportunity to bring a new innovative product to those in need.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to :

  • Develop strategic marketing plans of existing brands and prepare launches of new brands in line with local and corporate strategy
  • Monitor market trends, sales, product performance, expenses and structure of business franchise including exploitment of new business development opportunities
  • Support global marketing long and short-term product strategy in terms of allocating resources, portfolio priorities and brand materials
  • Possess in depth medical knowledge of the products, provide medical inputs to marketing strategy and promotional and advertising tools
  • Propose accurate Market Share / Market Share Growth grids to sales force management for individual products.
  • Minimum requirements

    What you’ll bring to the role :

  • University degree
  • English fluent written and spoken, Czech - native level
  • 3-5 years of marketing and commercial experience in pharmaceutical business
  • Experience from the position of Brand manager, Product manager, Marketing manger, Digital manager preferably with RX product
  • Demonstrated high performer, proven history of success
  • Desirable Requirements :

  • driving license B
  • team player, able to share ideas, listen to others
