Manager - NBS Service Communications, Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic
As a member of the newly formed service communications centre of excellence, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing global communication campaigns for Novartis Business Services (NBS).
Your Responsibilities :
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Develop our social media presence to promote the contribution NBS makes to helping Novartis reimagine medicine.
Identify and engage with driven and digitally savvy team members or associates as stem cells to promote Novartis Business Services.
Build the profile of NBS on social media platforms
Segmentation of customers according to needs and develop overall Go-to-market’ and marketing communications strategy
Devise and run campaigns that engage associates across Novartis to raise the positive profile of NBS

What you’ll bring to the role :
Minimum : University degree in relevant area (strategic communications, marketing, change communications, organizational development)
Proficient in English (read / write / speak)
Other languages are beneficial but not essential.
Minimum of 5+ years in a senior marketing, communications or strategy position at a global level across diverse cultures
