Role Purpose :

  • This role will provide overall business intelligence for the TMTT business unit with the overarching goal of increasing therapy adoption of TMTT’s product portfolio.
  • Develop and conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends, determine key pricing strategies and support strategic plans to maximize TMTT business uptake.

  • This position is based in Prague, CZ.
  • Major Job Functions :

  • Analyze business areas for new / existing products and give input to the overall portfolio plan for TMTT
  • Develop and implement market research initiatives to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Responsible for analyzing market opportunities and customer needs to define new opportunities.
  • Financial and market analyses, support market size models and potential.
  • Monitor and define pricing structure and minimum sales pricing structure
  • Participation in or driving project meetings to define strategic plans for the TMTT’s product portfolio.
  • Interface with colleagues across various functional groups (Sales, Marketing (EU and global), RA, QA, Market Access, Finance, etc.
  • to define goals and strategies and manage projects.

  • Support Director of Marketing during annual AOP and strategic planning
  • Required Education / Skills :

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or similar
  • Experience from strategic product marketing and portfolio management.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry preferred.
  • Cross-functional project management experience preferred.
  • Fluent English, other language a plus
  • Excellent presentation skills in both written and oral forms.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft windows environment (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with Databases
