Main responsibilities :

  • To provide administrative and general support to marketing team
  • Organization of business trips, conferences, bookings of fly tickets and the hotels
  • Daily communication with internal, external customers and visitors
  • Cooperation on the projects like up-date of web-page, up-date of internal web page for CHC team, ready to prepare subtitles to videos, ready to organize shooting etc.
  • Organization of phone and video conferences
  • Submitting PO to the system
  • Requirements :

  • Secondary or University Education
  • Minimum 3 years experience in administrative work
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written)
  • Fluent Czech (both spoken and written)
  • Open-minded, reliable and responsible person
  • Customer orientation, detail oriented, stress resistance
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, time flexibility
