What is the Customer Service Coordinator responsible for?
Leads the local Core Business Order to Cash process through :
process incoming customer / internal orders,
contact with logistic provider to make sure orders are delivered on time, according to specifications,
issue, file & send invoices to customers,
ensure payment terms are respected by customers,
process inbound of goods.
Responsible to issue all other business unit invoices non-core (employees, x-charges etc.).
Optimizes deliveries from Warehouse to Customers.
Is in close contact with the warehouse & transport provider, providing support & guidance for fulfilling orders & deliveries in full and in time.
Builds strong relationships with customers, manages & solves all claims in a professional manner
Works closely with the Sales department to ensure stock allocation & prioritization is performed in a transparent & professional way.
Is responsible for the efficient processing & delivery of employee and sampling orders.
Coordinates the co-packing activities local.
Checks & manages the stock transfers between warehouse locations.
Responsible for various reports and analysis in scope with above.
Propose solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of the work and impact.
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator with the following profile :
Previous working experience is an advantage, but not must
Languages : Czech / Slovak (at a native speaker level), English (fluent)
Experienced MS Office User
Commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups

Result oriented, able to handle multiple tasks
Solves complex problems effectively
