As Head of Sales - SBU Automotive, your main responsibilities will be :
Manages sales of the company’s products and services for Automotive segment in within a defined geographic area,province or country.
Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning,
deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improveshort- and long-
term sales and earnings.
The key contact point between an organisation and its clients : developing new automotive customers and projects, coordination of business with sister companies within our group.
The Tubular Products Europe Division of ArcelorMittal is one of the most diversified producers of pipe and tube products, servicing markets around the world from different operating locations in 4 countries.
We produce and market the full spectrum of High Add-value steel based tubular products, for Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial & Energy sectors.
The ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Europe (AMTP) division is composed of 13 production units (7 FR, 3 RO, 2 CZ, 1 PL) and 9 sales offices (UK, NL, LU, DE, SK, TU, IT, PL, FI) across Europe.
It employs roughly 3,500 employees in Europe.
Minimum Applicant Attribute
Education / Qualification : Master
Subject : Engineering or Business Adminisitration Language and Proficiency Level : English Advanced
Other Minimum Requirements :
Technical or economical education with university degree
Good knowledge of the steel market, with focus on Automotive supply chain
Advanced knowledge of technical specifications for welded cold-drawn and calibrated Pipes and Tubes would be highly appreciated
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the sales area or in automotive industry
basic orientation in ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949 and product standards
Demonstrated leadership ability, team management and interpersonal skills are required for this position
Being a team worker and flexible in working hours, self-motivated and capable to organize him(her)self
Fluent in English to ensure clear communication with customers, sister mills as well as the other stakeholders. Any other language would be considered an asset, Polish preferably

High frequency of travel required
