Scope of the job :

This position is responsible for providing daily support for management and employees of the organization.

  • Provide daily administration support for management and employees
  • Travel support for employees and visitors (air tickets, hotels, car rentals, business travel expenses)
  • Support for infrastructure and shared services
  • Provide coordination and problem solving with internal and external suppliers
  • Organize, coordinate and administrate onsite visits, events, meetings (leadership, customers including logistics)
  • Ensure 5S culture to be followed in shared office space (printer, rest area etc.)
  • Administration of Tools (Attendance system, Share Points, Intranet, Contract Management, Procurement System etc.)
  • Provide support for organization of various project and organization events
  • Support University Relationship Council initiatives
  • Requirements :

  • University degree or High school relevant degree
  • Fluency in English
  • Very good organizational and task & time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in administration or office management
  • Knowledge of University environment and interest in establishing relations with Universities and students is a plus
