We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer's expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.Key Responsibilities :
Establishing the project plan baseline :
defining project scope, securing the necessary resources, planning and monitoring all activities, driving project execution by tracking project activities, monitoring and handling changes, conflicts and critical issues, handling customer and partner engagement by providing relationship building based on confidence and trust, project progress maintenance by arranging meetings and customer events, financial system monitoring activities for handling the project from financial perspective, being in relation with business side by participating in contract preparations and to pre-
sales meetings, developing the CPM discipline by simplifying processes, methods and tools with creative ideas. Key Qualifications :
Master's degree of Technical University (e.g.
Computer Science or Management), minimum 10 years of experience in IT / Telecommunication Market / minimum 5 years of experience in leading complex BSS Integration Projects, being qualified and experienced with such technologies as Cloud, BSS, OSS, ery good technical knowledge of E2E Telecommunication and BSS Architecture and common technologies, preferably with focus on Charging / Billing / CRM, hands-
on experience with standard Office and Project Management tools, Waterfall and Agile Project Management (SCRUM, Kanban) including respective work experience, proven track record in delivery of complex integration projects or in managing turnarounds of projects conducted in challenging environment, excellent communication skills proven by an experience with presenting to C-
Level Management, self-motivated, problem-solving personality enhanced by analytical thinking skills, leadership skills combined with a capability to lead and drive the project Team towards delivery targets, being able to work in changing environment and having a will to be involved in demanding projects, consultative selling skills, customer and market insight, proficiency with Czech and English language. PMI certifications, project sales processes knowledge, negotiation, persuading & influencing skills, being familiar with common IT development and test methodologies and tools, contract and 3rd party suppliers' management experience, experience with leading projects including 50-
