Execute Honeywell IT strategies to facilitate effective deployment of new business systems to improve Honeywell business results.

You will be the liaison between the business and IT solutions to define customer requirements for deployment of new business applications.

You will support process redesign and provide training to users to facilitate rapid adoption to applications. Your technical and project management skills will be key to ensuring delivery of highly effective solutions that improve IT user experience.

Apply your process expertise and application knowledge to design the most effective solutions for meeting business requirements.

Achieve step-function improvement in business results by making process changes and business system enhancements that directly impact business goals.

Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of business users by providing high quality training to enable rapid adoption and ramp up of new systems.

Document requirements

Identify / resolve process gaps

Assist leaders to manage change

  • SFDC CRM Experience supporting the Lead-To-Service Business Processes
  • ERP Implementation (Mfg, Finance, Logistics, Master Data Governance)
  • Experience working with Supply Chain Applications and Manufacturing Shop Floor Control applications.
  • eCommerce Solution Experience
  • Experience with BI / BO & Data Analytics Tools and methods.
  • Familiar with a variety of Software Development Methods Waterfall / Agile / etc.
  • Must possess the ability to train and mentor other Business Analysts as assigned.
  • Ability to lead presentations to business and IT stakeholders as requested.
  • Flexibility to work outside the standard office hours on occasion.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple activities and objectives.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or comparable tool, Project Management scheduling tools, resource allocation and leveling, and Quality Assurance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Advanced English skills
