Responsible for generating and closing new business within Tier 4 / 5 segment
Upsell and cross-sell relevant SITA solutions
Generate SITA solutions within the Tier 4 / 5 segment
Pro-actively reach out to prospects and uncover potential sales opportunities
Qualify any inbound inquiries from T1 / 2 / 3 accounts and pass on to Field Sales
Achieve targets by selling, upselling and cross-selling identified products using outbound calling, consultative and influencing selling techniques to create positive results
Maximize reach into Tier 4 / 5 segment accounts - map and build a profile of these accounts
Keep concise notes in SFDC detailing critical conversations
Regularly engage with customers as per define KPIs
Make cold calls to generate new business opportunities and progress those into sales
Turn cold calls into warm calls via solid pre-call research and other social selling sales techniques
Act as the single point of commercial contact, providing timely responses to customer queries
Engage with Marketing, execute targeted lead generation and market development programs
Ensure opportunity pipeline and sales forecasts are accurate and up to date
Maintain customer & prospect contact data (CFF Contacts, Marketing Contacts, etc.)
Support, where required,the GEO Cash Collection Team, which is responsible for Tier 4 / 5 customer cashcollection and resolution of billing queries.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
3+ years B2B inside sales experience, preferably within the air transport industry (ATI) or technology sector
Proven successful track record of achieving / exceeding sales targets
Experience in building up client relationships and business development over the phone Generating & closing new business opportunities
Working with people and coordinating cross-cultural teams
Ability to work with other business areas to identify / qualify opportunities
Support collaborative activities across BU's to identify resource and investment needs
Knowledge of legal implications and of the structure of contract with Client
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree preferred
Spanish speaker or speaker from a Balkan country (Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania) highly desirable.
