Ensure payments are performed on time and act as a gatekeeper into the manual payment process
Secure daily operation with bank statements and payments smoothly and timely
Comprehend the global banking setup with more than 300 accounts and global online banking systems in order to administrate payments and accesses
Understand the use of derivatives within the LEGO Group and Treasury
Take care about the world of payments (cut off times and payment types) and handle both manual payments as well as huge Treasury related payments
Cover several different locations in different countries, which requires strong cultural understanding, various ways of working and stakeholder management

The Payment Center is responsible for running the Global Internal Bank with automated payments as well as manual payments, bank administration and Treasury Back Office, which involves natural interaction with a broad range of both internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical and collaborative with a sense of quality
1-2 years of professional working experience in administrative / financial position
English at advanced level
Structured and detail-oriented person
Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
Previous experience with SAP or other ERP system is an advantage
