The Sr. Benefits Analyst, will support the global benefits team for outsourced service providers for Health and Risk Insurance, Retirement, Savings Plan, Non-

Core benefit programs, invoices, compliance reporting and employee escalations resolution and end 2 end delivery of the programs.

In addition, will support remarketings and renewals of benefit strategy to find the most cost effective programs for the organization.

The team member will continuously look for efficiencies within the benefit programs and provides support in close partnership with suppliers, internal stakeholders to launch new products, services and policy / benefit changes.

Responsibilities include :

  • Support wellness strategy and annual biometric screening process.
  • Support annual incentive and engagement strategy to improve participation in Honeywell’s health and wellness initiatives.
  • Support employee benefit communication development and distribution, benefit portal updates, gathering Voice of the Customer feedback and implementing improvements to improve the Honeywell User Experience.
  • Support or lead benefits projects as needed including new vendor implementations, acquisition and divestitures, and compliance initiatives.
  • Closely partner with other HRS functions, Benefits Vendors, Local HR, HRIT, Payroll, Legal and COE on ensuring compliance, timely execution of tasks, and project implementation occurs and aligns to the administration processes as required.
  • Partner with external suppliers to ensure the highest quality delivery of HR services in accordance with SLA's and business objectives.
  • Provide recommendations and execute process improvements to drive productivity and improved service delivery.
  • Demonstrate HOS leadership behaviors and matures HOS for area of responsibility.

  • Bachelors Degree or minimum of 3 years of Benefit knowledge within region (EMEA region)
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of international benefit systems

  • Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs and provide guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle difficult and sensitive matters
  • Strong project management skills. Exposure to difficult or complex projects while managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to navigate HR related technology to provide customer resolution
  • Effective communication and ability to communicate complex replies in a clear manner
  • Strong execution of programs
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
