In our Prague office, you will coordinate the logistics processes for F&L in their warehouses in Germany, being very close to the business and seeing the impact of your work.

You will also have the opportunity to have a global overview of all logistics processes.

You will :

  • Monitor LSP (Logistic Service Provider) performance including Warehouse operations, truck operations for customer deliveries and STO (Stock Transport Order) shipments
  • Interface and coordinate with LSP for operational issues
  • Perform contract oversights with third parties (hauliers / warehousing)
  • Drive LSP improvement in Fulfilment Rate for PCI including export and overseas orders. Relentless focus on satisfying Standard Orders that meet the customer commitment, and best efforts to satisfy non-
  • standard orders (e.g. Express handling, short lead time)

  • Investigate customer complaints, including obtain Haulier documentation. Attempt to resolve issues with Haulier / Warehouse operator
  • Daily check in SAP the open orders, open DN and open loads
  • Coordination and preparation of transportation, warehousing, stock counting Daily check in SAP the open orders, open DN and open loads Build shipments and schedule for delivery Arrange staging, oversee loading and dispatch, transport documentation from creation though handling to retention controls Active usage and update of Proactive 3 tool communicate with Customer Service Maintain flawless Oil Loss reconciliation and reporting.
  • Organize disposals / write offs Support flawless implementation of Global / Zone / Local projects, initiatives and processes

    Your profile

  • Degree in Supply Chain / Economics / Managment as an advantage
  • Fluent English and German language (written and spoken)
  • Customer Focus, attention to details, prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in multicultural environment and to balance strategic and operational aspects of role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Stress resilience
  • A great teammate with the ability to work independently
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • 2 years of experince on operations (logistics, supply chain, contact with 3rd part providers)
